In anticipation of this growth, we are looking for an experienced executive who will lead their community to achieve excellence through a passion and drive for people and culture, high quality care, strong resident satisfaction, a remarkable team member experience, and strong overall results. This person will be responsible for successfully meeting revenue, cost, and profitability targets for a community with approximately 1500 IL apartments, 250 CC apartments, and $100m in revenue

How you will make an impact

  • Lead the Erickson Way culture through a commitment to our mission and values driving high resident satisfaction, employee engagement and team member growth and development.

  • Implement and adhere to standard operating policies, procedures, and budget

  • Establish monthly and annual revenue, cost, and profit goals

  • Attain favorable consolidated and departmental operating results through effective business planning

  • Meet regularly with residents and residents' council

  • Represent the organization to the community at large through networking and public service

  • Effectively manage and communicate regularly to the Board of Directors

  • Attain standards of excellence for quality and service for each department

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $170000.00 per ye ar

What you will need

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Health Care environment required

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in an executive level role

  • Experience working in the senior living industry preferred

  • Ability to relocate within 3 years
