Job description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced Pizzeria Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available during all shifts. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that consistently follows brand standards to ensure that we keep our customers satisfied so that they return often and recommend us to others. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members work towards providing the best tasting pizza on time and as promised.

Objectives of this role:
-Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow
-Maintain a positive restaurant culture
-Create work schedules that align with the restaurants needs
-Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations
-Train new employees to help them meet the restaurants expectations
-Interact with diners and build positive rapport with different types of people

Responsibilities:

-Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
-Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback
-Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs
-Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts
-Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies
-Maintain weekly and monthly payroll for staff
-Skills and qualifications
-Proven work experience in a restaurant setting
-Demonstrated customer service skills
-Understanding of financial management
-Strong knowledge of restaurant management software
-Ability to memorize and explain the restaurants menu
-Willingness to work flexible hours
-Preferred qualifications
-Clear verbal communication skills
-Organization skills
-Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
-Clear attention to detail
-Problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of current food and beverage trends

Qualifications:

High school Diploma/GED or College Diploma
3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
Experience in the fast food service industry is considered an asset
Superior customer service knowledge, skills and abilities
An effective communicator coupled with the ability to coaching and develop team members
Strong problem-solving skills coupled with effective decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency
Consistently demonstrates personal ethics and integrity
