Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD area. This position is part of a team that provides engineering and Information Technology services to provision, manage, sustain, innovate, modernize, refresh, reengineer, and secure the Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) and Non-NC2 cryptographic production infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Gathering, formulating, and analyzing user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Participating in an integrated Product Team to design new capabilities.
Coordinating the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews
Participating in establishing and gaining approval of the definition of a system or component under development (requirements, designs, interfaces, test procedures, etc.)
Defining the methods, processes, and evaluation criteria by which the systems, subsystems, and work products
Providing technical leadership for the conducting feasibility studies, integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
Interacting with the Customer regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts Experience developing system engineering documentation
Gathering, formulating, and analyzing user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 14 years of experience or 19 years of total experience in Systems
Experience developing system engineering documentation.
Experience with requirements verification traceability Matrices (RVTM)
Experience briefing and taking systems through system level reviews (i.e., System Requirements reviews, System Engineering review boards, Configuration Control Boards, Software validation testing)
Experience with Hardware and Software systems.
