Job Description: We are seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct analysis of collection and open-source data, ensuring continuity of targets and their activities. You will analyze DNI and DNR information to generate reportable intelligence, build target profiles, and maintain relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis. The role involves performing sustained target analysis, increasing target knowledge through advanced analytic techniques, identifying intelligence gaps, and evaluating gathered intelligence to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close those gaps. The Level 2 TDNA shall possess the following capabilities: Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis Qualifications: A High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience An Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience A Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience A Master's Degree with 3 years or experience A PhD with 2 years of experience A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
