Job Title: Tax Senior
Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Hours: Full-Time
Work Model: Remote
Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000/year (Based on Experience)

We are a Maryland-based CPA firm founded in 1986 with over 45 employees. We have continued to grow over the years and are looking to hire more experienced talent. We handle Audit, Accounting Services, Management Advisory Services, and Tax Services for a variety of industries including Small Business, Healthcare, S-Corps, C-Corps, HNWI, and Trust. We have a close-knit culture and a strong team dynamic. We also encourage work-life balance for all employees. We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior to come join our growing team.

Requirements include having an active CPA, having 3+ years of Public accounting experience (With a CPA Firm), at least 1 year of Prep experience, and having shown solid tenure in your last role. we are offering a competitive salary ($80k - $100k+), Full Benefits (including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, etc.), Discretionary bonuses twice a year, Generous PTO, and Paid Holidays. What You Need for this Position

Required:
- 3+ Years of Public Accounting Exp.
- 3+ Years of Tax Exp.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree
- Active CPA
