Job description

We are seeking a qualified Board Approved Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to LMSW and LGPC therapists. This position will provide weekly individual supervision, monthly group supervision, and maintain a caseload of clients.

Balance Point Wellness, LLC, is a community based holistic multi-specialty mental health clinic with 5 locations and a school-based program. We are located in Baltimore, Overlea, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have a School Based division in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools and a Telehealth division in Maryland and Delaware.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise assigned graduate-level therapist
Cosign supervisee documentation as needed.
Work with the management team
Maintain a caseload of therapy clients

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Master's/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
Advanced Maryland license to provide mental health treatment
Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
Background Check
Highly organized and possesses time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
