Program Administrator, Senior Full Time Ft. APG, MD Secret Clearance Job Description: Responsibilities The PA will perform numerous Program Management and Contract Management functions necessary to support administration of the contract. The PA's full time duty location will be onsite at APG. Must have experience in the following: Responsible for the preparation of Task Execution Plans, budget estimates, travel requests, overtime requests, certificates of service, and contract status reports. Experienced in the administration of a purchasing system and related policies. Establish a competitive bidding system and assuring that purchasing from vendors is at the lowest possible cost consistent with quality and delivery requirements Knowledgeable of company procedures as well as working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs/DFARs), including Cost Accounting Standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline. Seven (7) years' experience within the last 9 years.
