Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local CACI is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager to lead an exciting new program at our client's site in Bethesda MD. You will have a strong understanding and experience with AI topic modeling, tagging, training, development, and maintenance, along with the supporting infrastructure, tools, and best practices. You will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and demonstrate a passion for AI technologies. You would be responsible for the overall management (to include staffing),performance, reporting and customer deliveries. The duties include all areas of project management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the project's mission, goals, and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for all aspects of project performance.
Provide overall direction to all project activities and client interactions.
Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously.
Provide project coordination, scheduling, milestone tracking, reporting, external engagement support, and other related tasks for AI projects.
Conduct research and provide analytical support, conduct analysis and draft recommendations for AI project decisions.
Ensure that project goals and objectives are met within contract terms and conditions.
Produce project deliverables based on the full scope of the Performance Work Statement.
Ensure the Government Program Manager and senior level management within the client organization are aware of overall program status including risks, strategic options, and decisions for resolution.
Provide thought leadership to drive customer mission priorities and program success.
Bring a collaborative, team-centric attitude and enthusiasm that encourages outreach and partnership.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies, tools, and best practices. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (will consider TS/SCI candidates able to successfully complete a CI poly)
BA/BS and 10 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent.
Expertise with AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
Documented experience organizing and facilitating AI related projects from start to finish (resume should clearly highlight this qualification).
Strong organization and communications skills and ability to work collaboratively with government/client representatives and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Strong initiative to proactively establish relationships, setting up working groups to achieve outcomes, finding opportunities to innovate and improve value, as well as providing new ideas for improvement.
Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction and management oversight.
Able to understand the customer operational needs and identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose solutions. Desired Qualifications: Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile).
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate effectively with program employees, government/client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives.
Able to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experience analysis to turn data into useful information.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
