Program Analyst Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Planning and Control professional who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Bethesda, MD. We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is supporting Future Submarine Design efforts. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the customer, the financial team, and engineering team to develop financial reports and create, track, assign, distribute and report status on actions from multiple projects and sources.
Assemble disparate financial data.
Provide a weekly status report for task leads.
Create and use templates to track technical and programmatic status of multiple projects.
Create and distribute templates for Technical Project Documentation such as summaries, reports and presentations. Qualifications: US Citizen with active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain.
Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) in science, engineering, math, or finance related fields, and 2-5 years of experience in providing program analyst support.
Proven success in developing schedules and project plans to lead mission execution, and experience with Microsoft Project.
Experience with MS Office suite of products.
Eager to learn, self-starter. Desired: Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience working on a government or DoD site
Graduate Degree inscience, engineering, math, or finance related fields

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
