Client Details
My client is a full service General Contractor that specializes in new construction projects in the commercial, automotive, K-12, community, retail, and public sector. This two decade firm has a strong backlog and consists of a vibrant leadership teams. Projects are between 1-30M and are on average 12-18 months long.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements, translating them into successful project outcomes.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct regular project reviews, providing constructive feedback and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost tracking to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize project financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing proactive strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Implement best practices in risk management to safeguard the interests of the company and our clients.

Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
