Job description

Kowledge Management Specialist Location: Columbia, MD Remote Work: No Salary: $73.1K to $141K (annualized USD); Commensurate with education & experience Clearance: Required TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a CI polygraph exam Knowledge Management Specialist Serve as a CYBERCOM Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist enabling the collaboration of operational data and providing JIO leadership with information to make informed decisions while assisting with developing and promoting knowledge management best practices within the JIO. Serve as a resource for internal business process design and development. Promote and assist with the use of internal knowledge management tools while developing and implementing repeatable knowledge management processes for continual process improvement. Research and document sources of knowledge management training and develop and present knowledge management briefings to the JIO Staff. Integrate information from departments and function throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external clients. Train and educate internal users of the knowledge management tools. Develop reports to support operations, write knowledge. Basic Qualifications: Experience with providing technical analysis of information environments and knowledge management capabilities to enable development and better usage of KM tools and processes Knowledge of KM and doctrinal KM processes Ability to provide consultation and training regarding KM principles, databases, and file management techniques Ability to confer with internal and external stakeholder during evaluating, development, and organization of procedures and processes Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a KM Specialist Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Confluence, WMS, and JIRA design, planning, and managing permissions Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management or Information Systems JANUS strives to provide opportunities for career growth through training and development.
