Service & Small Pack LogisticsResponsibilities / Tasks Shipment Management: Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments for the LPT Division, including service projects, service spare parts, warranty, and returns. Plan, schedule, and create documents for all shipments, and Trade Compliance with customs regulations Ensure accurate entries of shipment into the Transportation Management system (TMS). Monitor shipping of spare parts and equipment from origin to destination, including monitoring shipping routes and delivery to meet customer needs. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with operational buyers, customer service teams, planners, project engineers, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. Maintain effective communication with vendors, suppliers, freight vendors, and all internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations. Vendor and Payment Management: Oversee all Service freight vendor payments for the LPT service department through the ERP system, including coding, processing, and reconciliation of invoices. Ensure timely and accurate approval of freight invoices, resolving any billing discrepancies or payment issues.
