Job description

• Only qualified Senior Search Consultant candidates located near the Columbia, MD area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

We are seeking a Senior Search Consultant / Sourcer who is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on identifying top executive and highly technical, emerging market talent for specific, specialized, hard to fill boutique positions where there is high market demand and low supply. Expertise will lie in cold calling, networking, technologies and other creative methods to provide qualified leads.

Qualifications include:

- Must have experience recruiting in the Public Sector space including Poly level candidate sourcing and generation for National Security level contracts. This position will operate mainly as a Sourcer, generating qualified leads for the other recruiters.

- We need someone who can identify, qualify, and present technical, cleared talent.

Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analyzing labor market data

recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales and/or technical roles

Strong influencing skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress

Must be flexible and adaptable to the changes of activity
