RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant. AT&T has an opening for a ServiceNow System Engineer to be responsible for the development of a complete on-premise enterprise solution for a large managed services contract with specific Service Level Agreements. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation plus load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems.
The candidate will work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed, analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap, be competent with ITIL/ITSM processes.
The candidate should be a self-starter that can identify requirements and assemble and lead a small team to produce results. The ability to learn and expand into other related technologies is desirable. Strong background in ITIL, Agile development, requirements definition, and systems development. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (/sci) () Required Qualifications: Seven (7) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree . Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
They coordinate with team members - those in project management, security, asset management, customer service or help desk departments - to solve problems and manage projects.
Conflict resolution, analytical, and decision-making skills are crucial to the position as well.
