Madison Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Project Manager of a federal law enforcement agency's document analysis center in Rockville, MD. The document analysis center is responsible for converting paper and digital evidence to searchable images and the analysis of financial data to be used in investigations and judicial proceedings. All work product will be subject to chain of custody protocols and federal rules of evidence. The Project Manager duties include: • Managing incoming processing requests.
• Directing staff (approximately 3-5 analysts) on prioritizing assignments and monitoring workload.
• Ensuring that chain of custody and federal rules of evidence protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Documenting and reporting on results.
• Liaison with criminal investigators to determine analysis needs and to seek new incoming requests.
• Identify technologies or software to expand capabilities or enhance work product. The position is an onsite full-time contractor position. There are no benefits for this position. Preferred candidates include federal criminal investigators with financial investigative experience. The required clearance for this position is high public trust.
