HOW A COMPUTER USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Provide technical assistance to computer users.
Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Required Education and Experience: AA/AS + 0 years
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
