We are currently looking for a Construction Administrator to join our team. This position is offering a competitive salary annually and provides medical/dental/vision insurance and paid vacation days. The Construction Administrator's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring projects meet zoning requirements

- Answering/directing phone calls in a polite and courteous manner

- Interacting with clients, staff, and vendors in a professional manner

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

- Invoice Processing/Data Entry.

- Organize and file documentation as needed.

- Update & maintain electronic Calendars.

- Work with other staff members to coordinate employee scheduling.

The ideal Construction Administrator candidate must have 2 years of experience as an administrator in the construction industry.
