Contribute to the development and maintenance of a full stack application supporting unique and tailored automations. Qualifications: BS and 3 years, or 7 years of experience Experience with back-end development using Python frameworks such as Django to create custom libraries and REST APIs. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React/Vue/Next, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for creating user interfaces. Familiarity with SQL and noSQL databases (PostGres, MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, etc). Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development. Willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly on the job, including internal systems unique to CNO. Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering quality solutions. Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence). Job Description: Work closely with the team to understand and address the needs of analysts and developers. Design, architect, and implement robust and scalable software solutions that align with project objectives and requirements. Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase to ensure high performance and maintainability. Independently drive projects, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle. Perform full stack development of system features based on customer requirements. Assist with automation of development tasks and implementation and maintenance of CI/CD workflows and development best practices such as testing.
