Job description

As a System Administrator on the TS-SCI Full Scope Poly program based in Annapolis Junction, MD you will develop, maintain and enhance complex custom operational software systems which will involve developing or updating analytics, algorithms, scripts, procedures, documentation, security features, metrics collection, reporting functions and all aspects of maintaining operational systems. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and hold an Active TS/SCI with FS Poly. Responsibilities:
• Work ServiceNow ticket queue, communicating issues and troubleshooting with the internal team members to resolve the task at hand
• Plan and monitor assistance to users in accessing and using business systems
• Configuration maintenance and monitoring process schedulers Qualifications
• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must hold an Active TS/SCI with FS Poly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Security+ Certification is required within six months of joining team
• Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must hold an Active TS/SCI with FS Poly Compensation Competitive salary range of $125K-$240K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
