AllCare Primary & Immediate Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. Position: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population

Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears

Diagnose and treat common medical conditions

Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness

Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic

Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes

Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner

Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter

Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins

Maintain high standard of professionalism when interacting with patients and staff

Working Hours:

3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AND

1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Requirements:

Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Maryland

Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
