Job Description

Administer physical therapy screening, evaluation, and treatment to residents, ensuring personalized care aligned with their needs and goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident.
Document resident progress accurately and comprehensively, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for seamless record-keeping.
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Commit to ongoing professional development by obtaining CEUs in accordance with state requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapy Program
