Koniag Professional Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Document Reviewer Level 5 to join a dynamic team supporting critical projects involving classified information. The individual selected for this position will play a key role in ensuring compliance with government regulations and guidelines related to information security and classification. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of classified data. The Document Reviewer Level 5 will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing documents related to nuclear weapons design, nuclear material production, counterintelligence, weapon science, and military utilization of nuclear weapons. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Analyzing technical documentation to identify classified information and ensuring compliance with classification guidelines. Utilizing expertise in nuclear weapons design, nuclear material production, counterintelligence, weapon science, and military utilization of nuclear weapons to review and assess documents. Collaborating with team members to develop classification guidance and maintain the confidentiality of classified data. Conducting comprehensive reviews of documents to identify sensitive information and ensure proper handling and protection. Serving as a subject matter expert in security classification requirements and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols. Requirements: Education: Master's Degree or equivalent in engineering or physical science from an accredited college or university. Top Secret clearance required. Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Minimum of ten (10) years of field experience in nuclear weapons design, nuclear material production, counterintelligence, weapon science, or military utilization of nuclear weapons. Completion of a two (2)-year tour of duty as a Military Research Associate (MRA) in the nuclear weapon area or equivalent experience. Access to SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information). Ability to read and understand written English at an advanced academic level. Proficiency in identifying classified information in government records and developing classification guidance. Experience as a Derivative Declassifier (DD) or equivalent for ten or more years. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in document review and analysis. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Demonstrated expertise in maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of classified data. Qualification as a Derivative Classifier (DC), UCNI Reviewing Official, and Derivative Declassifier (DD). Experience with improvised nuclear devices and inertial confinement fusion. Familiarity with Government security classification requirements and protocols. Current experience in handling classified information in a government setting. Understanding of nuclear intelligence and nuclear material processing technologies. Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
