Job description

Highly regarded boutique law firm seeks a paralegal with a background in civil litigation to join their recognized practice. This is a great opportunity for a motivated paralegal looking to work with a close-knit, collaborative team. We are searching for an exceptional litigation paralegal to assist attorneys in trust and probate administration and litigation. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and proficient with case preparation and management, including drafting legal documents, assisting with hearings and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in trust and/or probate matters
  • Strong understanding of litigation process and procedures
  • Experience assisting with drafting and preparing documents, filing with the courts, scheudling meetings and court appearances
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and effective organizational abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage caseload
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of our team
  • Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with family or elder law is a plus
