  • Compensation: Compensation is based on experience level, with a range of $218,642 - $306,099 -$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance -Negotiable sign-on bonus -Potential group incentive bonus based on FHH productivity, paid to our providers for the past 4 years!

  • Additional Info: Provides leadership for the clinical operations of Family Healthcare Dental Practice, to include mobile dental program. Provides administrative direction for Our brand new, modern facility + Healthy Smiles in Motion, a mobile dental unit. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Provides both administrative and clinical services. Must be willing to see patients in a clinical setting. -Determines staffing needs of dental practice, to include mobile program. - Provide leadership in the recruitment, hiring, credentialing, and privileging of Providers and clinical staff. -Takes a leadership role in responding to emergencies. -Oversees clinical activities of dental staff including dental assistants and hygienists QUALIFICATIONS: -MD state licensed - BLS/ACLS required -CDS & DEA -Must be comfortable with more complex cases -Must have experience with pediatric patients -2 years minimum of dentistry experience
