PM KIDZ is seeking passionate and skilled speech therapist to join our rapidly expanding Speech Therapy Department. Position: Speech Therapist Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve communication skills. Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions, depending on patient requirements. Monitor and track progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Educate and involve family members in the therapy process, providing them with guidance and support. Requirements: Valid license or certification as a speech therapist. Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions. Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders, as well as treatment approaches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
