Identity Data Management Instructor - Senior Location Maryland, Landover Department RECRUITING Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation is looking to identify several Identity Data Management Instructors - Senior who will perform duties at Landover, MD. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides learning and performance solutions in all disciplines of Identity Data Management (IdDM) to include, but not limited to: (1) course development/design, instructional delivery, (2) mentorship, advisory and review requirements, and overall knowledge of IdDM. Practical experience levels in IdDM support, application, and/or use must be significant in breadth and depth to bridge the curriculum instruction with the student application. Provide support to National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree and sixteen (16) years of experience; exceptional candidates with twenty (20) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Six (6) years practical experience providing direct IdDM support. Served in an IdDM position providing support to National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations. Graduate of the Advanced Planner's Course and Due Diligence course or legacy equivalent (or commensurate practical experience) Experience as an IdDM user preferred. Advanced experience relating to IdDM planning, development, assessments, and due diligence. Management experience relating to IdDM support. Advanced experience relating to the IdDM life cycle. Provide executive level briefings. Capable of leading working groups in the consideration of enhancements, innovations, and future course offerings Exceptional oral and written communication skills Valid US Passport IMPORTANT NOTE : This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
