Project Manager - (Onsite in Jessup, MD) Looking for an opportunity to lead impactful technical programs in a dynamic and collaborative environment? At Mount Indie, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide critical projects and drive successful outcomes. Details: •Location: Onsite in Jessup, MD •Hours: 32-40 hours per week (not a full 40-hour engagement) •Duration: 392 hours •TS/SCI FS Poly Required What You'll Do: •Serve as a primary point of contact for both the customer and project partners, ensuring smooth communication and project flow •Lead the development and management of the project's technical plan and Agile processes •Facilitate sprint planning and collaborate with both customers and the project team to define technical objectives and work schedules •Ensure project milestones are met by aligning engineering activities with the project plan •Manage project scope, cost, and timeline to ensure the delivery of successful outcomes •Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including customers, team members, and leadership, ensuring program compliance and smooth information flow •Provide leadership in risk management, coordinating issue resolution when challenges arise •Track and manage team schedules and availability to optimize project progress Requirements •5-8 years of experience managing technical programs, including leadership roles such as Team Lead or Scrum Master •Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment •Strong ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring the on-time delivery of project objectives •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage risks and resolve issues efficiently
