Two Six Technologies is looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our team. Responsibilities Include: Maturing proof-of-concept R&D technology to operational fieldable solutions Developing APIs and other interfaces bridging the software/hardware technology overlap Support of scalable and modular design methodology Engaging in technical exchanges with transition partners and key stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Familiar with a modern programming language (C/C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Familiar with the software development life cycle and version control. Must have experience or coursework with at least ONE of the following: Computer architecture, digital design Large scale data processing, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Cassandra Software design/development/maintenance Database design Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration and communication Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Spring, GitHub Clearance/Citizenship: Ability to obtain a government clearance.
