Risk Management Analyst Belong, Connect, Grow with KBR! KBR is seeking a Rist Management Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD, supporting NAVAIR PEO-T by providing risk management and engineering support for an advanced research and development program. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasking includes developing the risk management strategy for documenting the risk management process within the program, creating and maintaining a database of all program risks, and actively tracking program risks. The candidate will prepare accurate, thorough and complete risk metrics and risk reports to directly support program leadership decisions. The candidate will r epresent the Risk Management Program at leadership meetings, conduct workshops, and hold one-on-one meetings to actively assist in risk tracking and mitigation. They will implement a risk assessment board, risk tools, practices and policies to manage risk to the greatest extent practical.
The candidate must be knowledgeable with the Risk Management process as delineated in the DoD Risk Management Guide for Defense Acquistion Programs. You will support program management with communications to stakeholders, via presentations and briefings, and enhance the customer's process for managing the program's risks, issues, and opportunities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen. Must have a current/active Top Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years is required. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or business-related field from an accredited college or university is required. Experience cannot be substituted for education. Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of Risk Management experience in a DoD Program Office is required. Knowledge of DoD systems engineering processes is required. Travel: 20% travel is required. This position is not eligible for remote work; on-site support is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work in a dynamic, complex security environment

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week Compensation: $102,190-153,340. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
