Responsibilities Foster effective relationships with senior-level government officials and stakeholders. Develop process documentation, SOPs, and OIs for the Strategy and Partner Engagement Team (XE) at DC3. Plan and execute engagements with USG, senior government leaders, foreign government, and other entities. Host and manage weekly meetings with the DC3 Cross Functional Team (CFT), addressing changes, additions, and updates on upcoming engagements. Regularly interact with DC3 Directors and the CFT to maintain an up-to-date engagement and conference tracker. Contribute inputs and updates on future engagements and conferences for the weekly Enterprise Meeting led by the DC3 Exec Director. Prepare for engagements, including tailoring the DC3 Mission Brief, creating visit itineraries, validating VARs/clearances, and coordinating with Facilities on upcoming visits. Assist in the organization and hosting of large-scale events with over 200 attendees. Perform necessary administrative tasks, such as taking meeting minutes and managing calendar invitations. Leverage a strong understanding of DOD policies and strategies in all interactions. Build and manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Utilize high levels of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to relay complex ideas to diverse audiences. Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team setting and adapt to shiftingQualifications Proven experience in a similar role. Strong background in DOD policies and strategies. Experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. High levels of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills. Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team. Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities.
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Associates degree and 7+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience; OR Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience. Or 0 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
