Description: Markon is looking for an Atlassian SME with strong leadership and analytical skills to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. Responsibilities: Design and administration of multiple Jira Software (Agile Scrum) and Service Desk/Service Management projects Design and implementation of Confluence spaces leveraging advanced functionality and design techniques to provide sophisticated solutions with a high degree of usability Design and administration of multiple Jira Assets schemas supporting a variety of use-cases that extend Assets' functionality well beyond core asset management capabilities Working with customer teams to understand their business processes, help them understand the capabilities of the Atlassian tools, and develop solutions that deliver significant value Provide informal, unstructured training sessions with end-users to help them become more self-sufficient at administering and managing their own projects. Creating skeleton technical Jira project documentation in Confluence for use by other Jira project administrators Job Requirements Requirements: 20+ years of technical expertise Bachelor's Degree Active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance Experience supporting multiple Jira projects, Confluence spaces, and Assets schemas simultaneously in support of different user teams Experience supporting Agile Scrum teams Advanced JQL and IQL skills (including Scriptrunner) Experience with advanced Confluence page design Experience with Jira automations (legacy and project), including using smart values Atlassian certification or Certified Scrum Master certification highly desirable Jira & Assets API experience a plus Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communicate skills Travel 0 - 10% Location Fort Meade, MD - Fort Meade, MD 20755 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree Job Type Full-time Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Information Technology Exemption Type Exempt Date Needed By Security Clearance TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph
