Overview Project Manager Location: Remote Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Integral Federal is looking to hire a Project Manager to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Back Office Systems Configuration and Support (BOSS) program. The DISA BOSS program focuses on delivering, configuring, implementing, and supporting the integrated suite of back office capabilities; an integrated suite of web-based management tools that will help DISA improve and streamline overall workplace management in terms of human resources, logistics: strategic planning, space planning, space reservation management, occupancy management, asset management, move management, lease and property management, training and competency management facility maintenance management, and project management. This PM role has a key aspect of performing as a Product Manager. There is a commercial software to be deployed in a DoD environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and be able to navigate competing priorities. Success will be realized in managing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, managing scope, and being able to successfully manage a client while making them successful. This position is remote, with the potential one day a week at a client site in Colombia, MD, to meet with the client(s) in person. Responsibilities Lead Firm Fixed Price Contract with multiple CLINs Create and manage an Integrated Master Schedule across multiple CLINs Support User Story development for new software requirements Act as Product Manager Manage Integral staff as well as subcontractor staff Support software documentation and other contract deliverables Act as Primary Point of Contact for government contract leadership Identify and Implement process improvement opportunities Build a strong relationship with government clients Identify growth opportunities both on contract and with adjacent client offices Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field
8 years of Project Management experience
Experience managing Firm Fixed Price Contracts
Experience with Agile Software Development programs
Experience as a Product Manager within a IT modernization program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products to include Vision and Project
Demonstrated success working in a DoD IT client environment
Demonstrate high EQ in working with competing stakeholders in a client environment
Experience working in a client environment with external dependencies
Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors
Demonstrated ability to spot growth opportunities Preferred: Experience with Human Resource Systems
Experience with Facilities Management System
