Job Type Full-time Description This position will support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Joint Operations Center (JOC) and Special Programs with professional services and operational readiness for the USCYBERCOM mission. Requirements DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Readiness Planning and Analysis consists of managing, assessing, and refining USCYBERCOM Joint Mission Essential Tasks (JMET) in support of current and evolving missions and emerging requirements. The ideal candidate will provide readiness analysis as follows: Collect, develop, query, maintain, visualize, and automate metrics to assess USCYBERCOM and Cyber Mission Force (CMF) readiness. Generate and maintain CMF readiness accountability metrics data; provide updates and status on CMF readiness. Leverage DoD readiness systems (e.g., Defense Readiness Reporting System, Joint Incident Management System) to provide leadership with readiness Situation Reports, status reports, and information in support of current operations. Analyze available information to assess the readiness of deployable teams, personnel, and equipment to provide an assessment report. Enhance data collection procedures, using state-of-the-art methods and tools to create improved readiness data visualization that drives decision-making for USCYBERCOM and its components. Review and provide recommendations in support of the Current Operations Strategic Plans for capabilities and CONOPS to be assessed during future exercises. QUALIFICATIONS: Security Clearance: TS/SCI/CI Poly Education: Bachelor's Degree (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing readiness assessments experience may be substituted for education requirement). Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience to include: Tracking and reporting readiness. Leading working groups. Understanding of existing readiness doctrine, policies, and reporting requirements. Monitoring and reviewing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters and making recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts. Possessing a thorough understanding of manpower, training, and assessment policies that impact readiness. Developing content for Combatant Command-level and Department-level readiness reports. Developing briefings for a wide range of military and government audiences at various military ranks and civilian levels, including senior audiences. Leading working groups to collect data, generate briefings, reports, and other deliverables. Experience in coordinating across combatant commands and externally with mission partners Proving expert support, analysis, and research into complex force-wide problems and processes relating to individual member readiness, collective unit readiness, training, assessment, and workforce issues Developing approaches to problems and developing solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational objectives. Briefing Senior personnel. Using Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS). PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The team members are required to type using a keyboard and mouse. The team member is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment. US Citizenship Required: Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required.
