In this role, youll immediately contribute to securing and supporting essential mission systems across the program. Primary Responsibilities: Leads and manages the software testing efforts of an Agile Product Team. Create and execute test plans, ensure the quality of software releases, and identify and report any defects or issues Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure all software is tested thoroughly and meets the required quality standards Mentor and coach junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing; supervises and mentors subordinate project staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in closely related IT discipline 5+ years of position specific relevant experience.
