Description & Requirements ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Trainer III in Ft . Meade , MD . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : The Trainer III supports the delivery of training courses to customer end users and ICON Innovation Collaborative ( IIC) personnel . The student audience can be located at different physical locations, therefore coordination of video conferencing and managing the travel schedule for trainers to deliver training courses are included in the scope. The Trainer III supports the course delivery calendar and coordinates with Government personnel to ensure the training is conducted for the right audience, in the right location, at the right time. The Trainer III receives direction from more senior personnel. Basic qualifications : 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications: Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF). Security clearance requirement: Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and /or maintain a polygraph . Physical requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a compute r For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
