Description

  • Assist in planning and managing all phases of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Support Project Managers in procurement, project documentation, RFI submissions, and change order management.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work is being performed safely and to specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring all project needs are met.
  • Help manage the close-out process and ensure all project deliverables are completed.

Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
