Description

  • Manage and oversee on-site construction activities for ground-up projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Lead site logistics, ensuring all subcontractors, vendors, and team members are coordinated and productive.
  • Develop and implement 2-week look-ahead schedules, working closely with the scheduler to maintain overall project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers (PM), Senior Project Managers (SPM), Project Executives (PX), Assistant Project Managers (APM), and Project Engineers (PE) to ensure project alignment.
  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents, depending on project size and scope.
  • Utilize software tools such as Procore and Vista to manage project documentation and scheduling.
  • Ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timeline.

Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction, with a preference for K-12, commercial, retail, and municipal projects.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $20M to $50M.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor assistant superintendents as needed.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Vista software.
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of the construction process, from scheduling to subcontractor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple aspects of project work with minimal supervision.

Job Offer

  • Salary: $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
  • Company vehicle and gas card.
  • Bonus potential: Up to $10,000 annually.
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% company match.

  • 3-4 weeks of PTO with rollover.
