Job description

Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a SECRET level security clearance. Required Education: Senior - MA/MS degree Required Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Functional Description: Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation 30 Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Desired Experience: Experience with Leading a Team DOD and SECNAV 5000 series instructions Expertise with NAVAIR contracting processes Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PMT Entry and reporting CDRL Tool Knowledge Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC) topics and milestones Written and oral communication skills
