Apogee Engineering is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support a critical role within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) CV-22 Program Integration Team (PIT), located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD, who can align various elements of the program to achieve its objectives efficiently, effectively and be at the heart of innovation and excellence. What you'll be doing: Serve as the Business Operations Analyst for the CV-22 Program Integration Team (PIT) Evaluate CV-22 operational processes and systems; use data analyzed to identify trends and issues in operations and develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows Provide expert-level inputs on multimedia applications and systems to leadership, outlining problems, and recommending resolution Assist CV-22 staff with the development, administration, and maintenance of NIPR/SIPR and USSOCOM Public portal pages and archive information Develop, enable, and maintain the creation of automated workflows, document archives, and configuration management within the CV-22 shared drive or confluence system Develop innovative protocols/tools/processes that result in the enhancement of the CV-22 staff communications by leveraging the latest Government-approved multimedia applications and systems As required, performs alternate duties in support of the following tasks: Management of CV-22 Leadership schedule Collection and dissemination of read-ahead documentation to PEO/DPEO before meetings Coordination, management, and dissemination of final reporting of recurring SITREPS to senior staff, TMTs, portal management, and various tasking from PEO/DPEO Planning, development, strategy, and execution of various special projects reporting to CV-22 senior leadership Analyze internal processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness Work with operational data, various departments, and many stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement improvements Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet organizational needs Coordinate system DoD SAFE document data management with industry partners; track progress reviews; draft official feedback correspondence for customer review Assist staff with user-level operational readiness of assigned unclassified and classified requirements Support with daily communications readiness, posture, and execution Provide general support including attending meetings, preparing and presenting Support the customer with various ad hoc tasks, as required Minimum Experience Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance Education: High School Diploma Years of experience: 20 years of experience with 8 supporting the DoD including: Experience providing business process analysis and process mapping Experience in data analysis, requirements gathering of business systems Experience with workflow optimization, creating document archives, configuration management within shared drives or confluence Preferred Experience: Education and Experience: Master's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD OR Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD Benefits: Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with an HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military, and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000.00 to $145,000.00. A different range applies to specific work locations. Base pay is based on several factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training, and education.
