Job description

Apogee Engineering is seeking a Management Analyst to support a critical role within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces (ISR SOF) CV-22 Program Integration Team (PIT), located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD, who can align various elements of the program to achieve its objectives efficiently and effectively. What you'll be doing: Serve as the Management Analyst for the CV-22 Program Integration Team (PIT) Evaluate and recommend development plans, processes, and solutions utilizing a professional knowledge of multi-discipline digital information tools Apply advanced tools to document and analyze the results of critical, complex activities and tasks Assist staff with the development, administration, and maintenance of NIPR/SIPR public portal pages and source selection information Develop and enable the creation of an innovative SharePoint-based Contract Data Requirements List (CRDL) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) workflow Maintain system documentation in unclassified and classified networks Coordinate system DoD SAFE document data management with industry partners; track progress reviews; draft official feedback correspondence for customer review Assist staff with user-level operational readiness of assigned unclassified and classified requirements Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of CV-22 and PEO processes; develop recommendations to improve operations Support with daily communications readiness, posture, and execution Provide general support including attending meetings and preparing and presenting briefings, graphics, and visuals for and to leadership Assist and review the content of the division electronic workflow mailbox and assist with compiling and integrating division data in SharePoint Assist in compiling, formatting, and storing division inputs and transmitting approved responses to specified organizations Perform administrative and support functions such as database management, tracking program engagements, etc., and adhere to security guidelines in the handling of information Support with ad hoc tasks as established by the customer Minimum Experience Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance Education: High School Diploma Years of experience: 20 years of experience with 8 supporting the DoD including: Experience with the development, administration, and maintenance of NIPR/SIPR public portal pages Experience creating SharePoint workflows, document management, and access controls Experience executing program support functions such as database management and tracking program engagements Preferred Experience: Education and Experience: Master's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD OR Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD Benefits: Apogee offers two medical plans: a high-deductible health plan with an HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military, and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000.00 to $145,000.00 There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on several factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training, and education.
