MBSE Program Management Analysts Junior, Journeyman, and Senior positions Location: Patuxent River, MD (Hybrid/Remote) Description: HigherEchelon is seeking motivated MBSE Program Management Analysts to support The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Systems Engineering Department (SED) team in Patuxent River, MD. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning. Develops system or mission level models, requirements, and architecture in conjunction with engineering team. Applies (hands-on) MBSE techniques to capture structure, behavior, requirements, interfaces, and parametric aspects of the mission and system both logical and physical. Applies knowledge of object-oriented programming principles. Creates and Utilizes scripts in languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, and Jython for MBSE model analysis, impact assessments, and data aggregation. Required Experience: Experience implementing MBSE methodologies to include generation of enterprise models using the United Architecture (UAF) framework and system models using SysML using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator. Experience in building systems engineering and architecture models using modeling methodologies to conduct technical assessments and recommendations that inform key technical decisions. Experience with modeling languages and frameworks such as UML, SysML, and UAF. Experience with MBSE practices. Experience with executable SysML simulation capabilities and scripting languages. Must be a US Citizen
Minimum of an active Secret Clearance is required.
Education: Jr: o Technical or Scientific AS or AA degree. o 0-3 years of experience Journeyman: o Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree. o 3-9 years of experience Sr: o Technical or Scientific MS or MA degree. o At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience.
