Position Description You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Program Management Group of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will be responsible for the overall management, direction and control of the acquisition, development, integration, testing, production, fielding, and life cycle support of major platforms and systems for the PEOs and their teams.
You will plan and execute projects across the full system life cycle; satisfy customer requirements; manage cost, schedule, and performance requirements for acquisition of end-items; and manage development of aircraft and weapon system capability.
You will provide Aviation/Ship Integration program management expertise for all elements of aviation acquisition strategies and planning, as well as ship and aviation modernization efforts.
You will develop and coordinate all required program acquisition documentation and briefings; and ensure all program requirements and milestones are communicated and coordinated with program leadership.
You will serve as the central point of contact within the program office for all matters concerning the program; and establish and maintain relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups.
You will evaluate work performance of team members and provide inputs to Group Leaders and supervisors on performance of IPT members to identify developmental and training needs of team members. Minimum Salary 139395.0 Maximum Salary 191900.0
