LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Potomac, Maryland is seeking an experienced Trusts, Estates, and Probate Paralegal to join their team.

This position is full-time, onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with complex probate, estate, and trust administration procedures

• Preparing filings, estate and trust accountings, and tax returns

• Managing files

• Creating, editing, and proofreading documents

• Corresponding with clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years of trusts, estates, and probate experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate

• GEMS software experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range is $80,000–$120,000 per year depending on experience.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
