Position: Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
• Manage patient scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork accurately
• Assist with billing, payments, and maintaining patient records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software (knowledge of Dentrix or similar systems is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
