Project Manager - Air Force Financial Management MD, Camp Springs 20762 Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, Current Security Clearance Skills: AF FM, SAF/FM, DBS, IBF-DAP, ITIPS Project Manager - Air Force Financial Management Joint Base Andrews, MD Tallon is recruiting for a Project Manager with experience managing an Air Force IT Portfolio. Prior experience with Air Force Financial Management (AF FM) systems is preferred. This postion is a direct hire (W2 salary plus benefits) working for our client. The program requires an on-site hybrid schedule. Relocation support will be considered. Role and responsibilities include: Work as part of a collaborative team supporting portfolio management for an Air Force Financial Management program Support business activities and capability analysis to meet portolio objectives Provide business process re-engineering activities to improve operations Perform periodic assessments of systems, applications and services and identify opportunities for portfolio management process improvement Generate reports and analyze findings for government customer Support compliance and assessments in accordance with government customer standards Other duties, as assigned Requirements include: U.S. citizenship Current security clearance (Secret at a minimum) Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred; equivalent years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 5+ years of related project management experience managing an Air Force IT portfolio Working knowlege of DOD IT governance Experience developing Organizational Execution Plan (EOP) Experience working Out of Cycle requests for certification Experience with Defense Business System (DBS) Experience working with Integrated Bueinss Framework - Data Alignment Portal (IBF-DAP) Experience working with Air Force Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) Experience working with AF FM legacy systems is preferred Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior management and stakeholders Proficiency working across MS Office Suite including advanced Excel skills Effective written and verbal communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams Availability to support on-site hybrid schedule (1-2 days/week) .
