We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality assurance practices, including writing test plans and cases, creating automated tests, and facilitating user acceptance testing. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality in our applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
Create and maintain automated testing scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with impact analysis on affected applications and coordinate testing efforts with programming, DBA, QA, and functional testers.
Work with the Business and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution.
Support UAT activities and assist with end-user and customer training to ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities.
Develop materials and facilitate business working group sessions to gather requirements and provide updates on testing processes.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, applying business and technical acumen to meet project objectives.
Analyze requests for change, develop technical design documents, and create implementation plans for new functionalities.
Code and test new functionality for small to medium processes and/or functions, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on Salesforce environments.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and business processes.
Proven experience in writing test plans, test cases, and creating automated tests.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and coordinate solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building relationships across business and IT teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies.
