Our client in Baltimore County is looking to hire an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to their growing team! This individual will contribute to the overall success of the organization as the company has been around for over 40 years and continues to grow! They are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to manage a portfolio of commercial properties in Baltimore County.

This position is in office, but the company provides flexibility and a good work life balance! This person will also be given a cell phone, laptop, gas mileage, and much more!

Assistant Commercial Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and building maintenance
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and capital expenditures
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for property services
  • Handle tenant relations, including lease renewals, rent collections, and addressing tenant concerns
  • Monitor property compliance with safety and legal regulations
  • Develop strategies to improve property value and ensure long-term profitability

Assistant Commercial Property Manager Qualifications:

  • BS degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial property management
  • Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
