DESCRIPTION Position: Reachback SR CI Analyst Location: Ft Devens, MA Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly Job Description Mission Essential is seeking a Reachback SR CI Analyst to support multidisciplined intelligence operations to all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. This position would provide analysis support to an intelligence analytical team of military and DoD civilian analysts in support of J2 analytical requirements. Duties would include: • Coordinate the activities of co-located contractor reachback intelligence analysts and maintain effective communications with USFOR-G, SOCOM, USAREUR-AF, or appropriate senior intelligence staff of supported elements and ensure that all production requirements meet customer needs. • Analyze All-source reporting, support CI operations, and Conduct analysis to develop actionable products • Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools. • Identify individuals of CI concern through All-source analysis and proactively identify insider threats and Military CI Collection leads. • Generate leads and provide support to full-spectrum CI operations. • Perform CI/HUMINT Analysis and Requirements Cell (CHARC) Operations. • Publish IIR evaluations • Provide operational assessments and recommendations. • Conduct local national linguist (LNL) vetting. This includes Positively Identify (PID) and deconflict LN identity as well as assessing LN threat concerns based on All-source analysis. • Manage RFIs as follows: enter data into RFI tracker, track statuses, and detail the response, as required. • Brief customers on final products and keep leadership informed of current RFIs, constraints, issues, and impacts. • Ensure all analysts uphold analytical standards through close supervision and mentorship. • Advance analytical processes and methodologies to the functional site lead, when opportunities arise. • Support HUMINT operations by identifying Military Source Operations (MSO) leads and provide analytical support to operations. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Required Qualification • Education - bachelor's degree OR at least eight years direct relevant intelligence analyst experience • 8+ years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD OR equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A OR equivalent specialty codes such as USMC - 0204, 0210, 0211 -Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy - Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other DoD joint service intelligence specialty codes, including, but not limited to, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT • Clearance - TS/SCI with CI scope Polygraph or willing to undergo CI scope polygraph • Expert knowledge in the following areas: Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, HUMINT analysis • Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development • Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level • Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments Desired Qualifications: • Education - master's degree • CI/HUMINT analytical experience preferred • OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience Position contingent upon award
