Job description

Office Administrator temporary position located in North Andover. Duties: Supporting each team within the company's day to day needs including credit applications, pricing information and shipping information. Onboard new hires, maintain updated vendor pricing information, maintain inventory database for all existing and new purchase orders. Invoice customers for completed equipment purchases and work performed on each job. Submit purchase orders to the appropriate vendors. Take minutes for monthly leadership meetings and review communal email inboxes. Must be proficient MS Office skills and possess excellent organizational skills. QuickBooks experience a plus.
