Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. In this role you will support the production floor of SAWs (Surface Acoustic Wave). This includes but is not limited to developing and implementing a LabVIEW based test software solution across multiple test stations and test areas, implementing new testing equipment and upgrading old test software. This also includes training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment, production hardware, analyzing systemic production failures, etc. What You Will Do This position will be responsible for our production test area's portion of test software development. Will be responsible for understanding and developing test software based on Test Requirement Specification documents. This position involves a high degree of interaction with Test Operators, Quality engineering, process engineering and operations staff, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Will be responsible for maintaining software to ensure test station availability. Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to support production testing. Troubleshoot failures on microelectronic RF modules by data analysis and visual inspection. Identify trends in defects and work with the appropriate teams to resolve in a timely manner to prevent future defects in the build process. May be required to take on other duties and responsibilities such as test equipment coordination between internal customers. Maintain and improve production test procedures as well as review and comment on all production procedures maintained across the production floor. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience. 4+ years experience with LabVIEW programs and Test Stand or similar programming language. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Experience preparing and executing procedures Experience troubleshooting systems using general test equipment. Can operate under minimal supervision and works independently. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
